The other day, Valerie spent about an hour and a half straightening my currently purple hair, and another half hour doing my makeup. But the ( end result was great! )

I dyed my hair blue and purple, and bleached all my hair. See the process here.

The other day, I ran into John Reynolds in the hallway (for those of you not in the department, he's an older, very brilliant professor, and also an incredibly nice person).  He asked, "is there a tinge of blue in your hair?"  He was afraid that his vision was going!
